XLRI – Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur

XLRI Jamshedpur has begun academic session 2017-18 with 537 students including 181 students each in PGDM-BM and PGDM-HRM programs

With a batch of total 537 students admitted to various two years, fifteen months, three years PGDM and FPM programs, Xavier School of Management (XLRI Jamshedpur) has announced the commencement of new academic session 2017-18 on June 12, 2017, with an inaugural prayer service function.

The new students were welcomed at a solemn, inaugural prayer service function at XLRI Campus in presence of all the current students, faculty and staff members. The welcome ceremony was addressed by Fr. E. Abraham, S.J., Director, Dr. Ashis K Pani, Dean- Academics and Fr. Jerry Cutinha, S.J, Dean- Administration & Finance at XLRI.

471 students in 3 flagship PGDM programs
Out of total 537 students who joined the XLRI student fraternity, 471 students are in the 3 flagship PGDM programs at XLRI. There are 181 students in Business Management (PGDM-BM: 2017-19 batch); 181 students in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM: 2017-19batch) and 109 students in 15 month General Management Programme (PGDM-GM: 2017-18 batch).

66 students in other programs
Other programs for which the session has also commenced are Three years Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM-BM, Part Time: 2017-20 batch) – 51 students; Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) – 9 students; Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EXEC-FPM) – 6 students.
